Front Office Dept Head, Financial Coordinator & Register Dental Assistant
JOINED: August 1995
Sandra has served Yamamoto & Lee as a Registered Dental Assistant and department head for the back office for nearly 20 years. She currently is the Department Head for the Front Office and also serves in the the Financial Coordinator position. She oversees the front office and all of the billing, insurance and claims related issues and tasks. She also provides patient scheduling and patient check-in/check-out services.
PERSONAL INTERESTS:
Sandra is the second of six kids in her family. When not at work she enjoys spending time with her four children. She has three sons and one daughter. Besides spending time with her family, Sandra says, “I enjoy spending time with friends and photography.”
WHY I LOVE MY WORK:
“I appreciate the work values and family values of both Dr. Yamamoto and Lee. They provide excellent dental care to our patients as well as my own family.”

BACKGROUND:
Bre has worked at Yamamoto and Lee since she was a senior in high school. She joined the practice in November 2010, starting in the back office. Later she became a sterilization assistant for three and a half years. In January 2014, Bre moved to front office.
Her responsibilities at Yamamoto & Lee include checking patients in and out, scheduling and confirming appointments, scheduling treatment, dealing with insurance, entering insurance/ personal payments, checking our hygiene/ doctors charts, checking charts for the next day, filing/ pulling charts, doing whatever she can to help patients, and helping the back office when needed.
PERSONAL HISTORY:
Married in October of 2018 to her wonderful husband Stephen. Bre love’s to spend time with him, their three wonderful dogs, and their families.
EDUCATION/TRAINING:
Bre has received all of her training on the job at Yamamoto and Lee.

OTHER THOUGHTS:
“Yamamoto and Lee was my very first dental visit when I was four years old. Even though I have never been anywhere else, I could not imagine going to any other dental office. In my eyes, we truly are the best. This office has always felt like a part of my family.”
